Friday 11-5

Devotions: Yes! Really enjoyed them today.
Work Out: Hubby and I worked out tonight after going out to eat :). I got 45 mins of cardio in and some ab toning.
As odd as it is, this blog is really helping me stay on track. My eating has been better this week too. The only bad part is the scale isn't showing it yet lol. All things in time I guess.
